Ahi Tuna

You will need:

​

foil pan, or baking pan

Ahi Tuna Steaks

Garlic Salt

Creole Seasoning

Smoked Paprika

Lemon Juice Concentrate

Italian Bread Crumbs

EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)

Skillet

​

​

1st warm your skillet to medium high heat

​

2nd in foil/baking pan place steaks and season generously

​

3rd add lemon juice to one side then add bread crumbs and pat into steak

​

4th flip steak over and season generously

​

5th add lemon juice to one side then add bread crumbs and pat into steak

​

6th add about 3/4 cup of EVOO to your warm skillet

​

7th allow for a couple minutes so that oil can warm up

​

8th  add tuna steaks to skillet, it should make a sizzling sound

​

9th cook steak for a couple of minutes on medium high heat, flip and repeat

​

10th the longer you cook steaks the tougher they become, and more like canned tuna than the fresh flavor you are looking for.
