Baked Salmon

Introduction

Don't be intimidated by preparing salmon. It is easier than you think to create a delicious and healthy meal that even the kids can learn to enjoy. Great source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Salmon is great anytime of year but grilled salmon tends to be my ultimate favorite. This recipes is for the months when you can't get out to the grill because of weather conditions.

Baked Salmon

Steps

  • Lightly salt and pepper the entire salmon fillet

  • Blend small onion, garlic clove, and half bell pepper until a paste

  • Spread a healthy amount on fish to cover entire fillet

  • Squirt fresh or lemon concentrate over fish (lime or balsalmic works as well)

  • Chop fresh herb and sprinkle, for color, over the fillet

  • Place in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for  10-15 minutes

  • Grub it up!
