Breakfast Grilled Cheese

Introduction

Breakfast, for most people, is a great way to start the day. This sandwich is great for anytime of the day. Upgrade your grill cheese sandwich to include some of your favorite breakfast items. A wonderful on the go way to make any meal, quick, easy and filling. Feel free to use any of your favorite breakfast meats instead of the ones used in recipe. I have tried this sandwich with all kinds of meat even steak!

Steps

  • Get your sliced bread and butter one side of each slice of bread, on the same side also lightly season with garlic salt and parsley

  • In an egg pan add butter and let melt.  Then crack and add egg contents in pan.  Poke yolk with fork in order to get an egg over easy.

  • ·Depending on size of sandwich 1-3 over easy eggs will do.  Any more and sandwich will not maintain its hold to contents properly.

  • Warm Canadian bacon in another skillet.

  • In third skillet begin building sandwich, first with a slice of bread, butter side down.  Then top bread with cheese, eggs, hot sauce (optional), meat, another piece of cheese and the other slice of bread (butter side facing up)

  • Warm on medium heat until desired brown is achieved.  Flip sandwich using a wide spatula and a fork.  To maintain sandwich build flip quickly.

  • Brown other side, slice (optional), 

  • Serve and grub it up!

  • Sliced Bread

  • Butter

  • Velveeta Cheese

  • Colby Cheese

  • 2 Eggs

  • Canadian Bacon (your choice of meat) other options      used: ham, bacon, steak, chicken etc.

  • Hot sauce (Optional)

  • Garlic Salt/powder

  • Parsley Flakes (optional)
