Add already cooked steak, chives and butter to a ziplock bag.
In order to ensure a tight airless seal on ziplock bag, sumerge ziplock bag underwater before sealing.
Let contents stand at room temperature giving time to bring steak up to room temperature slowly.
Once at room temperature, massage butter over entire steak.
Heat a cast iron skillet to medium high heat
Place steak in hot skilet for 1-2 minutes on one side only
Ready to eat, grub it up!
