Reheat Steak

Didn't finish that high end steak from your night on the town? How about the ones you made at home the other day? Tired of reheating a steak to find that it is tough and almost inedible. This method may help to inject some moisture back into your leftover steak and allow you to get rid of that extra waist.

Reheat Steak


  • Add already cooked steak, chives and butter to a ziplock bag.

  • In order to ensure a tight airless seal on ziplock bag, sumerge ziplock bag underwater before sealing.

  • Let contents stand at room temperature giving time to bring steak up to room temperature slowly.

  • Once at room temperature, massage butter over entire steak.

  • Heat a cast iron skillet to medium high heat

  • Place steak in hot skilet for 1-2 minutes on one side only

  • Ready to eat, grub it up!

  • Ziplock bag
